OSHO® Heart Meditation

OSHO® Heart Meditation online course

Emotional healing, inner transformation and more inner peace over 9 guided meditation evenings

This online meditation course is suitable for people who:

  • are going through a difficult phase such as separation, career stress, illness, overwhelm or loss

  • support someone close to them during a challenging time

  • seek inner stability, emotional healing and greater awareness

  • want to learn meditation as practical support for everyday life

When life feels heavy

Difficult life phases can feel like being blocked from within. Many people then experience helplessness, exhaustion, emotional hardness, withdrawal or ongoing stress.

Strong emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, guilt or powerlessness may arise. The usual reaction is to suppress these feelings, distract ourselves or only talk about them. This may help briefly, but the deeper issue often remains unchanged.

A new way of dealing with emotional pain

Real change often begins when we stop running away. When we meet inner pain consciously and gently, something can begin to shift.

This is where the OSHO® Heart Meditation can help. It supports you in meeting emotional pain, regulating inner tension and transforming it into more clarity, calmness and aliveness.

About OSHO® Heart Meditation

OSHO® Heart Meditation is a guided meditation using breath, inner awareness and music.

At its core is the experience that the human heart can receive and transform emotional pain. Inner pressure can become spaciousness. Heaviness can turn into new energy.

I have explored many methods from coaching, hypnosis and meditation. I experience this meditation as especially effective, gentle and accessible for many people.
