More details about the individual sessions
Our work together usually begins with a free introductory session of 30 minutes. There is no obligation.
Many clients choose packages of five sessions, as this creates both flexibility and commitment to the process.
If a package does not feel right for you, it is also possible to begin with a single session and decide afterwards.
The number of sessions depends on your goals, the nature of the issue and your readiness for inner work.
One session lasts approximately 75 minutes. Health insurance does not cover these sessions. A student discount is available.
Sessions are currently offered mainly online. Different conditions apply for long-term support.
Online hypnosis sessions – location independent
Thanks to secure video platforms such as Zoom or Skype, coaching and medical hypnosis can take place effectively online from almost anywhere in the world.
Online sessions offer flexibility, save travel time and still allow focused, personal and effective work. I have been working online for many years and know how well this format combines convenience with depth.
