My history and my point of view
I am bringing together 20 years of experience as a medical doctor and almost 20 years of experience with hypnosis and meditation, to support people heal and maintain their health through a holistic approach.
In my career as a medical doctor, I came to discover the limitations of Western medicine quite early on. I began soon to see that there was more to a failing health than just the body.
Early childhood trauma, for example, can cause a chronic stress and inflammatory response in the body-mind system. And this can lead to several stress-related diseases like heart or cardiovascular diseases.
An incident or a phase of humiliation in life can cause a “chronically angry personality” with many implications in people’s biography.
Some people learn to numb their loneliness or their sadness with food, especially with sweets (“solace chocolate”) and then suffer from overweight.
Luckily, not only was I motivated to take a more holistic approach to healing and health – one that included body, mind and soul – but I also found the key element that connected it all: our subconscious.
When approached skillfully, our subconscious has the power to reveal the links between our symptoms and the real cause underneath them. Moreover, it has the capacity to affect this cause in a positive, sustainable, healing way.
Today I coach people who experience health issues and seek for additional support to Western medicine diagnosis and treatment. This applies regardless of whether these issues are physical (body pain, diseases of all types) or mental (sleeplessness, loss of life energy, irritability). Through hypnotic communication, specific hypnosis techniques and specific meditation methods, I help people to get to the root of their discomfort and find health again.
“Mindful inquiry and meditation”
Meditation is not just a relaxation method, but a profound process to get to know yourself, to get rid of your own old behavior patterns and in this way to achieve sustainable mental and physical healing.
“I don’t offer quick, but sustainable solutions (no “snap your fingers” solution). Moving where conventional and alternative medicine meet and even beyond, I can assist you with my scientific and medical expertise on one hand and my personal and authentic experience on the other, in order to find the special powers of your subconscious as a source for your physical and mental health.”

My personal history about healing and health
Youth and idealism
I always wanted to work for people and to support them. In my youth, I wanted to become a doctor, just like my father. I wanted to save people’s lives, to support them in achieving a better and healthier life and this making humanity a better one.
Doctors and ignorance
I became aware of Western medicine’s limitations during my first year as a resident in hospital:
How does it make sense to treat a heart attack or a stroke without having any understanding of the reasons for an unnatural life (smoking, overweight, lack of exercise)? From where does these kind of patterns arise and why is it so difficult to drop them?
What do I answer to a dying man’s question “Why?”?
How do I solace a mother who has just lost her son in a train accident?
Western medicine is essential for many topics, but it does not have any answers to many questions. It is knowledge without wisdom, it is correct, but based on a small view on life.
Philosophy and tantric workshops
Searching for a more holistic approach to life I studied philosophy for a couple of years and started to participate in self-experience courses, some of them being pretty esoteric. I went deep into the roots of my biography and started to understand who I am, where my own suffering is coming from and how I can heal from it. Then, in a Tantra workshop, suddenly the question arose, how to implement all this into my job at the hospital.
The missing link and meditation
And then I encountered the missing link in a doctors’ workshop (“Medical Hypnosis”) and immediately understood that this is what I had searched for. Hypnosis transforms Western medicine into a more holistic approach.
Many years later I found the teachings of Osho, an Indian mystic and meditation teacher. And by this a deep understanding of meditation and its power to heal the body, the mind and the soul entered into my approach to work with people and became the core of my understanding of true health.
And meanwhile thousands of scientific studies confirm this insight in an impressive way.
My thoughts about coaching
I strongly believe that all resources and capabilities to find the right solution(s) for the challenges in life are stored inside each of us. Due to the circumstances in life, it often it happens that we forget these solutions or don’t see them. This is why successful coaching starts where the solutions are stored … in your subconscious. Starting from there we will shift to your consciousness in order to bring all possible solutions to the daylight. This step is the key to implement them successfully in your daily life.
I see myself as the companion, which I would have needed back then. Someone who shows you that there are ALWAYS solutions inside yourself. This understanding took me a long time, but with the right support, it can be much shorter. Though it is you who has to experience it by himself, I can show you the path and be the companion on it. Somehow like a mountain guide - someone who enjoys to provide support, to give a direction and a safe company in difficult terrain.
The encounter with people in extreme situations and with death have taught me a lot about life itself - first of all humility.
