Long-term coaching is designed for people who notice recurring patterns in relationships, work, emotional life or self-worth and want to create change at a deeper level.

Some challenges can be improved quickly. Others return again and again because the underlying patterns remain unchanged. This programme offers a structured space for sustainable personal development, emotional stability and greater inner freedom over time.

I combine coaching, medical hypnosis, meditation and mental self-regulation in an individual and professionally guided process.

What is long-term coaching?

Long-term coaching is a continuous developmental process over twelve months.

Instead of focusing only on short-term solutions, we work step by step to understand subconscious patterns, integrate new behaviours and stabilise meaningful change in everyday life.

The goal is not only progress during sessions, but real transformation that lasts.
