How the intensive days are structured

The days combine:

  • structured reflection and coaching

  • meditation and inner work

  • conscious rest and integration

Between sessions, you will also have time on your own.
With simple impulses, selected meditation practices or small exercises that you can explore at your own pace.

At the same time, there is space for yourself – for walks, time by the sea, or simply being in silence.
