Mental Priming is an individually tailored 1:1 online coaching process designed to prepare people mentally for demanding high-pressure situations. These may include exams, job interviews, important presentations, negotiations, public appearances or other high-stakes professional situations.

The program is intended for people who are already professionally well prepared and want to access focus, inner calm and performance reliably under pressure.

Through self-hypnosis, NLP, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, inner imagery, expectations and unconscious reaction patterns are consciously realigned. The goal is to make existing abilities fully accessible exactly when they are needed.

How mental priming works

In mental priming coaching, we work specifically with these inner processes. Through techniques from medical hypnosis, self-hypnosis, NLP, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, mental patterns are consciously aligned in a realistic, supportive and resource-oriented way.

    3 coaching sessions over 2 to 7 days

  • “Intensive package PLUS”:
    5 coaching sessions over 3 to 14 days

  • “Individual package”:
    Individually tailored to your upcoming situation and the remaining time available — also possible for short-notice situations

All packages include:

  • Practical exercises and tools between sessions

  • Exercises to apply before your upcoming event and beyond

  • E-mail support throughout the coaching process until the event

Sessions take place mainly online and can be flexibly adapted to your upcoming event — including short notice appointments or weekend sessions if needed.
