The results:
1) it becomes ever more difficult to connect with our natural state of relaxation (we forget it) and
2) we tend to stay tense even when doing activities that don’t need it.

Fortunately, this natural state of relaxation is stored in our subconscious and, even if we forgot it, we can still access it in a trance. This is what this hypnosis is about. The beauty of it is that, once you get in touch with this natural state of relaxation, you don’t only get a momentary result (restfulness, regeneration) but also get in touch with your relaxation ability. You remember it.
