While it is not a solution for treating the cause of the pain, it is an effective way to anaesthetise the part of the head that feels achy.
This hypnosis is inspired by and adapted from a technique used by dentists before administering injections or making an extraction.
It is effective in lowering the pain regardless of its intensity. However, my recommendation is as follows: in the beginning, it is better to do the technique when the pain has not become yet too strong. Once your body-mind is accustomed to the method, it will be effective also in advanced phases of pain.
