If you have an exam, an interview or the delivery of a speech coming up and you know that in such situations anxiety takes over you and impedes your performance

How it works

Test anxiety is the fear of what might go wrong, what we might not know or we might not be able to do. It cripples most of us in the face of a high-stake situation such as an exam. Because of it, we actually stop having access to what we do know and what we are able to – in the end, it feels like self-sabotage.

We usually fight this fear, trying to look and feel composed and in charge. Unfortunately, this only makes things worse. Have you heard of the saying “what you resist persists”?

In this hypnosis, we take a different approach. Instead of pushing away the anxiety, we invite its counterpart: our strength.

By using the trance to connect ourselves to a situation (or situations) in the past where we felt our strength, we also connect with that quality in us in a very profound way: not just as a concept (or something we need to remember), but as a felt sense – something that works on its own, from inside of us.

Feel free to use this hypnosis on the day prior to the exam/test/interview. However, for maximising its results, I would warmly recommend that you do it for 3 days in a row before your test (once a day, at a time that is convenient for you).
